    Q. What's the grace period for my booked collection time?

Guests are asked to arrive to their nominated collection address/location before their scheduled transfer collection time. Arriving early helps to take the stress out of your journey and ensure your booking (and other guests’ bookings) run to time.

Guests who are unable to meet their scheduled collection time may be considered a ‘no show’ and their booking may be cancelled.

We understand that from time-to-time unexpected circumstances occur. Please make contact with Double Black Alpine as early as you can, and where possible and depending on availability, we’ll make best endeavors to assist with date/time changes within the same season.

Double Black allows a reasonable amount of luggage per passenger. Reasonable luggage includes one standard size suitcase or equivalent, not exceeding 20kg, and one smaller sized carry-on bag.
